Return Policy:

We do not give refunds on any of our paddles. If you believe to have a warranty type issue, contact us by email to explain the situation and be sure to include details. If you are looking to return a paddle for repair  and/ or replacement under warranty, you must first obtain an RA# (Return Authoriaztion number) and instructions from us on how to do a return shipment properly.
Any returns sent without a proper RA#, marked on the shipping forms as well as in black marker on the shipping box itself will not be excepted.

Any claims for warranty repair/ replacement must first be inspected at our woodshop and then a decision will be made on a case by case basis.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations of paddle orders:
We do not normally make refunds on paddles already ordered. Over the last 10 years, exceptions have been made, depending on circumstances, approximately 4 or 5 times. In the rare event of a cancellation/ refund request, we do charge a 33% cancellation fee of the entire value of the order.
